Yawwwwn

Milk Critics convention

Latest

Well folks, since we posted last, the pups have now turned 3 weeks old….they are now extremely active and are now growing and starting to voice their opinions. There is growling, barking, whining, mouthing….all in play. They are starting to develop a pecking order with a couple of trying to be top dog.
They are now being entertained during the day by Planet Rock….well why not; a bit of Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath will do them the world of good.
I started feeding them the replacement milk over the weekend. Wondered how I would get them to start lapping it up….no worries, put the bowl in the case and almost lost my arm in the rush…they love it. However, they still prefer mother’s milk, so I now trick ash into feeding them by letting her in when most of the milk has gone….she steps in, has a bit herself, but before she can get to the bowl, she has 8 mouths hanging off her teats. She then spends 10 minutes or so, suckling and cleaning before she makes herself scarce again.
Pups then sleep for Britain……..lovely to watch the dreams and REM sleep.
Starting puppy mush tonight…wish me luck.
Anyway, here is a film and some pictures of the brood to keep you going.
Cheers all
